To Play Now (the "site") is run by FC Consultoria em Tecnologia, Brazil. By playing the games or booking a sponsor slot you agree to these terms.

Playing

The games are free. You pick a player name; we keep it on your device and give you a player code to use it on another device. Keep your code private: anyone with it can play as you.

Names must not be offensive, impersonate others or advertise. We may rename or remove names, reset scores obtained by cheating or automation, and ban players who abuse the site.

Rankings, levels and points can change while we balance the games. The games are provided as they are, without guarantees of availability.

Sponsor slots

A sponsor slot shows your card (title, description, logo and link) on the site's pages for the period you buy. Current prices: 7 days: $29, 30 days: $89, 90 days: $199, in US dollars, paid through Stripe. The period starts when the slot is free, as shown when you book, and is counted in UTC days.

Your card must be accurate and legal, and link to a safe website. We do not accept adult content, gambling, weapons, drugs, malware, scams, hate, or misleading claims.

We may review, reject or hide a card that breaks these rules. Impressions and clicks are counted as described on your ad dashboard; we don't guarantee a number of visits or sales.

Refunds

  • If we reject your card before it goes live, we refund the full amount.
  • Before your period starts, you can ask for a full refund by email.
  • If we hide a live card that follows these terms, or the site is down for more than 24 hours in a row during your period, we refund or extend the unused days.
  • Otherwise, days already shown are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, FC Consultoria em Tecnologia is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data, and our total liability for a sponsor booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
